Just want to say I had an INCREDIBLE experience with this vendor, Bill Rod from Dark Tech FX could not have had better customer service!
With all the negative things going around, figured I'd give a positive review haha.
I will put my reputation on the line for Bill ANY day, I had a mild problem with a light I ordered through Bill and he didn't waste any time helping me troubleshoot and eventually return the light. Totally hassle free! Bill had nothing to do with the light either lol, it was an accident from the warehouse, but he tried EVERYTHING to help me! I will CONTINUE to order through Bill and encourage ANYONE who needs lighting or stage equipment to go through Bill!
