  • Prototype prop fabrication

To anyone that has an idea for a new prop, simulated ride or animatronic that must be designed & fabricated from steel or aluminum to exacting standards but doesn't know how to get it to the prototype or finished stage, shoot me a PM. We've built numerous "one off" props for various haunts, simulated rides for the amusement industry as well as displays for casinos & trade shows. Virtually any type of metal fabrication/machine work can be done at our shop. With 25 years in the metal fabrication business & a complete facility on site, there isn't much we can't design, build or produce for retail. We'd be happy to review your idea, give you our input & work up a cost to produce a prototype or finished product. We are currently working with several people in the haunt industry for exactly these types of products for both exclusive use as well as retail sales.

We know it is sometimes hard to explain to a "welding" shop what you are looking to achieve as an end result as a haunter. We are both and know both industries well...so we make the process easier...with a much better end result!

Again, if it has to do with design or fabrication of metal...we not only do it, I believe we are among the best that do it! However, if it is a sculpting, molding or latex props, costumes or animatronics, please check with Kevin @ Gore Galore, Distortions, Unit 70, Xtreme Creators or Dark Raven Designs...these vendors, in my opinion are among the best our industry has to offer!

Our Haunt Season will be here before you know it!

We can turn your ideas into reality!

Working in my Dad's tin shop

Am old man drives up :"I want you to make me two pieces of tin to replace my rocker panels, they have to be "L" shaped."
"They have to be "C" shaped."
      "No "L".
"OK, here's what an "L" looks like, this is what a "C" looks like."
"You're right! It has to be "C" shaped!
Life is tough if you have to teach 70 year olds the alphabet to just do a simple job for them.
(You would think he would have learned "C" before he got to the "Ls"?)
Building another person's idea is not easy at all. i'm glad it's you and not me. Good Luck, sounds like you have quite a smart operation going there.
