  • Butcher/killer scene details...

    Hey guys,

I have a small butcher or killer scene and I'm looking for ideas since I know it's quite popular. I have dead bodies and a great costume for the killer what I'm looking for is what do you guys use to detail the scenes? Is there any vendor who sells filler props to fill in the scene for realism. Things like pelts? Rusty tools? Any ideas or sources in the industry you recommend?

    Thanks,

    Jake

Thank you Allen ill look at these videos.
I'm not the most handy myself though. Is this something most people makes themselves as opposed to buying?

            Jake,
We offer a whole array of gore/butcher cannibal products.
We will be introducing a whole cannibal kitchen room package at Transworld.
Plus a whole new set of female victim cadavers
a new set of male victim cadavers and these have tons of custom gorifications that can be done to them.
tons of barrel toppers that fit into a butcher, killer theme.
Plus we also do bloody skins, We call them "skinned alive w meathooks"
And we can custom build tons of different effects.

              Weapons

Screamline Studios has some awesome weapons, and actor/customer/prop friendly!
Might I also suggest latex sheets, ripped.
Take a large dropcloth, anything plastic - and "paint" the latex on it, im what ever shape you want. You can do a torso, full body, strips (which are fun in a slaughter house).
You can also add hair, make eye holes, nipples, birthmarks, fingernails (cheap stick ons) etc.
Once it's dry, baby powder it ie crazy so it doesn't stick to itself. You paint tattoos as well.
Then it's time to bloody it up! Make sure the edges are bloody and jagged, afterall - killers in haunts usually aren't that precise
