Gunner Hanson is a well known "actor" for the Texas Chainsaw massacre but doesn't it seem like it doesn't take much to be considered a celebrity in the horror industry?

I mean some girl gets killed in a movie and now she bills herself as a horror celebrity and does the convention circuit?

Only Robert Englund and Carpenter and Craven, people like that are actual celebrities. Tom Cruise and and Madonna and Angelina Jolie and people like that are celebrities. A celebrity is someone everyone knows. If most of these so called horror celebrities walked down the street 90%+ of the general public wouldn't even notice them.

It's like the little girl in the Walking Dead hey look I was an extra in a horror movie now ill charge you for an autograph because I'm a star now lol

Leave it up to you when someone does something nice for the Industry you pick it to death. This is the very reason I have about had it with this Insustry to many scammers and wanna be's, when you do something and spend your own money they tell you how you should have did it, or how they would have done it yet they never lay the first dollar on the table just a clear case of Know It All's! I don't see you stepping up and helping the Industry out meeting these people who ever they may be. What have you done? None of us know you either so I guess your in that catagory too huh? Graveyard your welcome we did this last year and they had a huge turnout to meet Danielle and Tony. Dark FYI my company does business with many of the top celebrities in the industry and I can honestly say none of them have the piss poor, slam another person, pick another person to death attatude as you! Shane and maybe we can meet you one day!

Gunner Hansen is appearing at Days of the Dead in Atlanta this weekend. I will hopefully be granted an interview and tell him I look forward to meeting him again at TW. Thank you Shane for arranging to have him there...

Shane and Paul thanks, I'm not a horror movie freek but its a nice thing you did and people just want to beat you down for it some times. I once bought our football team video cameras 1 for each JV, Freshmen and two for Varsity with everything they needed like extra battery , tripods, and such. Now I paid over $2000 out of my pocket and someone had the balls to come up to me and say that they thought that was a stupid idea. So I gave the only response that came to mind, and told them that "I wish stupid people would just say thanks and go the hell away". That went over well I can tell you, NOT. So all I want to say is thanks and now I will go the hell away.

In case you didn't know Gunner had a speaking role in the new Texas Chainsaw movie! Gunner has been to St. Louis a few times visiting my haunted house. He's a super nice guy! Great job Shane!

Shane I don't think he was trying to be a dick. I would walk by 95% of horror celebrities without knowing who they were either. Most wear a costume or a mask so who they are to me is not really important. The character is what is important to me. So I kinda see where he is coming from.

Exactly what Grimley said. Not trying to be a sick just stating a fact. It's like anyone who performs in a porn movie instantly is called a porn star, even if they did one scene they are called porn stars but no body knows these people from anyone else.

Grimley said it best it's the character that is a celebrity not some random guy wearing a mask. That's the point I was trying to make so thanks Grimley.

Will the celebrities be available on the showroom floor at a booth or just at the "Insane" party? And if so, what are the day(s) and time(s)?

I have some people flying in late Thursday night who were asking.

These celebritites/movie stars will not be meeting and greeting at The Insane Shanes Party.. They will be there to have a good time and mingle...
Friday and Saturday they will be at the Atrox/Disturbia celebrity booth signing autographs and meeting fans. Times will be posted in the Transworld daily hand out sheet..
