Agreed! I watched it last night and it is easily one of the scariest and most intense horror films I've ever seen. I absolutely loved it!

I'm surprised to read this from you guys. I thought it was just ok, kinda boring. I thought the coolest part was the video of the hanging set up happening how the branch falls and person slowly rises. But I thought it lacked the quick scares and suspense. Ill have to re watch it.

Thought it was slow and not very scary but I did 17 years as a public school teacher so I may be desensitized.

I agree, way too slow and uneventful.

AGREED!! I thought they did a better job on Insidious than they did on this one. Insidious was 10 times scarier. There were some creepy parts when you see Mr. Boogie (on the monitor), but other than that it's just watching someone watch crimes. The story was kinda weak and had some plays toward Insidious (creepy kids). I too thought the tree branch scene was THE most disturbing scene. I guess cause it was so slow without too much struggle...

Great minds think alike! Insidious is way scarier than Sinister, not even close!
