  • Onadira - any have current info on them?

I have used these folks with great success in the past, but current attempts to contact (email & phone) have netted no results... Have they gone out of business?

Please advise any info you have...thanks.

No idea, but looking at their review it doesn't seem good.

Are you looking to place an order or are you looking for an order you have already placed? There have been a couple other threads on here about lack of communication from this company.

Was able to find a phone number from them - Worth a shot!

        Thanks Zach

That was the number I had for them and it appears to ring to a fax machine. I have an 800 number that rings to a voicemail system that says their box is full. Sadly, it appears we have lost a long-time vendor.

          Same here...

I tried to call them a year or two ago and mailbox was full and it was impossible to get ahold of them. I am sure I emailed too with no response. At the time they had changed their name or something which added to confusion. I honestly don't get it as they were at the St. Louis show... but good communications seems to be an on-going problem.

I read the reviews on the company that someone posted a link to, the rating was low, but only two people had rated them.

Unfortunately with sites such as those, often times the only people who do vote are the ones who are ticked off for one reason or another. Though, this is definitely a reoccurring problem. Seems odd seeing as how large the company is and for how long it has been around.

Keep us posted on any updates.

Sometimes that true, but usually that's because that's the only time people think to rate them is after they have been burned or unless the vendor is actively promoting their companies review page to make sure that everyone knows how happy their past customers are and why you should be buying from them. I consider it those companies that go out and promote their review and company is to let everyone know how good they are versus other poor vendors that are trying to hide how often they get complaints. I would buy from a vendor promoting their review page in a second vs one that doesn't. I know their not trying to hide anything or a history of bad business.

If you know vendors good or bad that you've done business with, don't wait till you mad or otherwise. Visit the site and find their profile and write a review. Tell others to write reviews.
