I've fixed it so you can start adding your avatars again. Additionally I've fixed it so you can start uploading photos or images up to around 600k no bigger than 800x600

I'm really trying to learn my way around here I don't know much yet but this system is very nice I can tell you!!!
I also set it back so you can view the top 100 threads instead of just top 20.
