New Bulb, No Hanging Bracket Attached, but the bolts are included so you can bolt this guy on to wherever you'd like, makes a kickass light for any clown haunt/room or to throw in the area that you use to bypass your vortex tunnel for ada accessibility, it's a great light, scanner is great, gobo's are cool, they normally go for $270 new, I paid $250, looking to get $180 plus shipping since it has a brand new bulb in it
