  • Paasche compressor seems to have blown

So my Paasche 300 compressor seems to have bit the dust. I was asleep at the wheel, and the pressure built up but the safety valve did not engage like it should and the pressure continued to build until the valve blew out. I would think these could be replaced? Its the little square thing on the top of the tank that connects to the power as well as the tank so when the pressure gets too high, its cuts the motor. I can stick a toothpick into the whole on teh valve and it builds pressure again, until the toothpick gets blown out of the hole! Anyone know how to resolve this?

No answer from Paasche after two attempts.

If the safety valve blew it is a super easy replacement with a standard part
if the regulator blew, that is a factory part and would require paasache to replace. Or if you are willing to replace with NON factory parts it can still be replaced.
