That is bad ass... I wish you had a better video of it! How much is that going to be?
Here is the first example of the new product line we are developing for 2014.
We are doing an entire line of products called "Death Machines"
Everything in the line is Killer industrial. Should work great in any haunt that has industrial, lab, mad scientist, rusty metal theming.
This one is the giant crane game claw
It drops and slams shut appearing to try to pick customers up from a pathway or out of a hayride.
You can see how big it is. 8' across when open.
It can be sensor operated or actor controlled. We built a podium for the mad scientist actor to play to the customers and then drop it on them.
We installed this one at Fright Night at the Farm in Lexington Ky.
Yeah, the video could be better for sure.
It was shot on an old phone with not much light. but it gets the point across.
We set the claw up in the shop but didn't give ourselves enough room for this beast to drop all the way. We built this one with a 6' drop.
That was alot more than we needed.
The production models will be a default 2' drop, but can be ordered to be a 5' drop
The cost is going to be $6,000
They are built to last. one cable cylinder to drop the whole mech, and one large cylinder to pull the claws, and built with serviceable industrial bearings. We will also be providing weather tight enclosures for the electronics.
Very cool can't wait to see it at TW.
