    What exactly is on sale?

You might want to talk in more detail about the haunt tours themselves... which haunts are being toured? The thing that I think most haunters want to know is about haunt tours and if there are changes being made to those haunts and if so what. It would be great if some of those haunts could come on board and post some details.

        Friday night kick-off Haunt tour!

The Friday Night Haunt Tour that will be kicking off HAuNTcon 2014 is of SCREAMWORLD. This multi-element “nose to tail” haunt experience includes: Skull Cave, considered the most high tech haunted attraction in Houston, with very elaborate scenes and sophisticated animatronic features, and containing the VooDoo Swamp, Psycho Farm House, Mummy Hall and the Giant Skull Monster. Jake’s Slaughterhouse, a grim, old style meat processing plant, complete with slaughtered beef, gutted hogs, skinned animals, rotting carcasses and a few things no meat market should ever have. Edge of Darkness, featuring scenes from the dark underside of modern society, including a hospital scene, the boiler room, death row and the morgue. Maze of Maniacs, prowling ghouls use disorienting strobe lights and meandering corridors to their advantage as they systematically hunt down their victims. And Zombie Graveyard, nestled in the hollow of a forgotten bog is an outdoor attraction that is the final home of a host of monstrous creatures that never rest in peace, now featuring the vortex tunnel.

          Sunday Night Haunt Tours!

The Sunday night tour is a two stop 5 attractions spooktacular event!

First stop is KINGWOOD ASYLUM and HALLOWED GROUNDS. If there was ever a place that held secrets and wounds, it would be the grounds of the Kingwood Asylum. The walls of the asylum hold stories that would make you question the limits of humanity, but the woods and the earth itself are tainted, ruined, and diseased. This 2 element event is the brainchild of Shayne Torrans of Brutal Rust (check out his booth on the HAuNTcon show floor) and is chocked full of highly detailed sets and illusions.

Our second stop is at Heart Stopper Fright . The exact opposite approach of Kingwood Asylum, this down and dirty in your face 3 element event is a whopping 13 acres of Terror. Heart Stopper Fright’s 3HaunTs is a living breathing monster that swallows hordes of guest only to spit them out a shivering shell of their former selves. Pyro, cramped spaces and an outdoor trail are in store for anyone brave enough to take a tour.

Monday Night Haunt Tours, 5 Attractions!!!

First stop is CREEPY HOLLOW, a 3 haunt multi-element event that includes: The 288 Scare Factory, a mobile viral genetic research facility. The Dark Woods, an area of dense forest where the factory has been disposing of “waste.” And Pitch Black, a holding facility for humans with side effects from the experimentation. Most people will never make it through the Dark Woods or Pitch Black to see what takes place the inside walls of the 288 Scare Factory. Will you?

Out second stop is at FEARSHIRE FARMS, as seen on the 2013 Travel Channel’s Halloween’s Craziest television show. We will be touring 2 of their attractions for HAuNTcon 2014: Fearson’s Farm House, an actual 1900’s farm house on the outskirts of Angleton. Eccentric and downright strange, the Fearson family have always kept to themselves. Strange tragic deaths seemed to plague each generation and with each new calamity the townspeople began to whisper about what possible curse could make their lives so miserable. One thing is for certain, gloom and despair hang over the property like a heavy cloud. Adventurous souls seeking excitement work up the nerve to tour the old homestead. Those that make it out usually end up in a mental ward, never willing to speak of what they saw. Do you dare to enter the Fearson house?

*NOTE* In the event of extreme paranormal activity during the tour we will evacuate and close Fearson’s Farm House to the public.

Honkey’s Fun House, a barn on the Fearson Farm has become home to a group of Carnies tossed from the train tracks. With strange music, amazing tricks, outlandish freak shows and a sweet tooth this “Funhouse” will test your every sense and weakness. Once you enter you will be at the hands of your own Fears, as you attempt to find your way out of the maze and slip into a realm of chaos. What is real and what is your imagination will torment you until they break you down. You will lose your mind and everything that makes you human….until you become part of the Carnival itself.
