Lifelike Doll Box scare

Has anyone tried to duplicate something like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQni7Hlf2DU How can you use it over and over diuring the event?

Never done it but it can't be that hard, use wood and either oaint it to look like a doll box or get some banners made and attach it for a more professional look, and instead of having them rip through the front, either put it on springs or even better, an actor operated pneumatic actuator, and let it slam down, just put it against the edge of the room you're putting it in and put other large props to the front of it on both sides to prevent patrons from getting close to it. You can probably even build a chair into it so the actor can sit down while looking like their standing and will allow you to keep the height of the box to a minimum.
