What new ideas are Haunters trying for 2014?

What new ideas are haunters trying for this season to up the scares? It appears when you search online the scares are similar but I am curious what have people found to be a new scare tactic. I think when its a quiet area and and people are waiting for that scare then it comes unexpectedly a big bang gets then everytime. Thanks
