Object flying at guests?

In the past we have a portion of our outdoor haunt where we had a huge stuffed animal spider zipline down at guests which scared them but never hit them. We used a cpr dummy, and now we are looking for something new. Any suggestions?

Bat was the first thing that came to mind, screaming skull with blinking eyes, random ghost, a large disembodied eyeball or if you really want to be intersting a giant hand or foot.

Last year we flew a cpr dummy, The year before we had a huge stuffed spider about 4ft that worked wonders but I can't find much that are pretty big.

We used a decapitated clown's head on a zip line one year. Picked it up at Spirit Halloween a few years back (yes, they do have *some* decent stuff that can be modified into a great prop).
