  • Taglines......Important?

We just had our first crew meeting today and I must say it went really well. We actually had people show up and over 50% were crew from last year!

The last ten minutes of our meeting, everyone put their heads together to come up with a Tagline for our haunt. We're having Tees made this year and we love our URL (ScreamTonight.com) and the name of our haunt -- all we needed was a good slogan. This is what we came up with......

YOU'LL BE TAUNTED BY THE HAUNTED!

We are very much in love with it and think it would look great on a Tee.

What is your tagline, if you have one, and how important do you feel it is to have one?

    I like it, catchy!
Good news on the 1st meet

The best thing you can do to sell your T's, is to have a great graphic.
If the graphic sucks, so will the sales.
    Thanks, Jeff

The Ravens Grin Inn "Tagline" has always been: "Bring your friends, send your enemys."
I like to get people thinking.....
"Hi, how did you find my place?"
"My friend at work was here and told me all about it."
"Well like I always say, "Bring your friends, send your enemas!"
Now they are wondering which that person is? The next thought will have something to possibly to do with dire, scary things that may be happening here since maybe that person sending them was really not a friend!?

My other saying that I will put at the end of my front room haunted history presentation is :"Life is Strange, if you take the time to notice."

Where does a toe-tag get hung if there are no feet?
Would it still be called a "Toe-Tag"? ("Richard tag?")
          A "Bikinni"?

The USS Nightmare has two: We'll scare the ship out of you! All aboard for terror!

I think taglines are good in the sence that it helps your customers reading your tagline get them in the mood even before they step in side the maze. Still, one could have a good tagline and a haunt that does not stay true to it's words.

                  We used...

We'll make your night everything you've ever HAUNTED.
(yes, we did it years before our friends that also use it, or a close variation)

                  came up with...

We put the Hospital back in HOSPITALITY.

I like your "Taunted" line, great!
