I had a question regarding ticket leap and how long does it normally take once a customer buys a ticket before the funds hit your bank account

Is it a day, a week? Could someone provide any information please thank you

Hey Dan,

It depends on which payment processor you've selected to process the buyer's credit card (Ticketleap's processor, Authorize.net, Paypal...)

Follow up to ticketleap question

I always try to report the positives in our industry and Ticketleap is a positive. When we decided to sell tickets online our only choice was Ticketleap based on past positive reviews we have seen here on Hauntworld. When we signed up I didn't bother to inquire about when deposits were made or how the system actually worked. I called Lee at the above number and was blown away by the live person customer support. I spoke to Lee direct, he answered all my questions and even looked over my account to make sure we set it up correctly.
