Just wondering... Knowing that this forum kinda frowns upon Movie Slashers/ Monsters in their haunts, I was wondering if anyone uses any urban legends or maybe regional Real life stories? Our haunt, we use tour guides a to bring groups through. During the tour, guides will do a lead in story right before the group enters the area. My area was the cannibal butcher. Well, I got a hold of a couple guides early on and told them to bring up the story of Ed Gein. It seemed to heightened the scares and heard many people get creeped out due to the younger generations not knowing the story and older Generations knowing all too well. Even heard one lady mentioning she was from Plainfield, WI and her parents knew one of his victims. The lady didn't sound like she thought it was inappropriate though.
