That is the best form of marketing I have ever seen for a Haunted Attraction. I am stealing it and going around to every church on the east coast. Stay away from the Marr Branch kids you will go to Hell.

You certainly have my "blessing" to use the Chick tracts to promote your haunt. They are certainly eye-grabbers! -- But I should also WARN you... They can be quite ADDICTIVE. You might start noticing you hold back a few titles for yourself... and then, maybe one of each title. And before long, you're going to eBay and buying old "OOP" (Out Of Print) titles and spending a lot more than 17 cents each! I know-- it happened to me-- and I've spent way too much for rare Chick tracts to finish my collection! But compared to regular 50-year-old comics, they're a steal. Plus they are small and easy to store, and filled with great artwork. All of them are drawn by just two artists-- the 90+ year-old Jack Chick himself (who has a style similar to "Peanuts"), and a black minister named Fred Carter, who is a INCREDIBLE artist capable of a variety of different styles. Check out another fave: Dark Dungeons (drawn by Carter). This one explains how Dungeons and Dragons is a demonic plot to steal your kid's souls.

Is that great art, or what? (Gary Gygax must be rollin' in his grave!)

And before I forget, here's my all time favorite Halloween tract (OOP), called "The Trick" (drawn by Chick). It explains how satanists put poison in trick or treats to help send unsaved kids to hell.

I always thought it would be ironic to toss that title into the bags of unsuspecting Trick or Treaters, but it would also be cruel, because you know if the parents read it, it would make them so paranoid that they would make their kids throw away ALL the candy!

And try to wrap your brain around this: They have printed over 850 MILLION Chick tracts, making Jack Chick the most published author alive today. (That's nearly twice as many copies as all the Harry Potter books combined.) We still see a lot of Chick tracts down here in the South, more so in the deep South like Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Louisiana, than Florida, but they are still a force to be reckoned with.

I enjoyed them so much, I thought it would be fun to make our own custom tract for our haunt and this was the result:

      I warned you... ADDICTIVE!
