1. Lots of detailed wall panels created by the great Kenneth Thompson from Kstudios = FREE! You must come and remove them
2. Gate entry facade from Cemetery Gate Productions. This is no longer made. Everything functioned last tested. Feel free to inspect. In fantastic condition. Stands 12 feet talll. $5,000
3. Security Room set created by Kenneth Thompson of Kstudios. Includes 20 X 9 entry, security booth, and two guard stations that we used as ticket kiosks = $2500
