Vendor Help - Face Hoods

Hey guys:

There was a vendor who had a thread on here that sells face hoods / masks. The type that one would find in an asylum. Anyhow, I am almost positive that they are out of Illinois and maybe even had a haunt. As stated, there was a thread on here, but, I cannot seem to find it.

Any ideas whom this might be?
