Put your best improv actors out there to entertain and patrol the queue.

        Queline Entertainment and rule c.d's

We produce and sell custom queline rule and sound effect c.d's. We can set the tone for your haunted house even before they hit the front door. Each one can have several tracks that repeat and your customers will hear and know what to expect even before they come in. Not many read signs or banners so have it playing so they hear it! Call us today for prices and more info.

A nice vinyl sign of rules.

CD / MP3 Audio as well, mix if you need / want to.

My haunt has a "holding cell" which includes 3-4 minutes of the que line actually IN the haunt, where they are conditioned for the show. In this we are going to have a MP3 audio of rules as well. Afterwards they are harassed until the first room (escape room) opens up.

Que Line acting. I'd at least have one actors, as someone said your best improv actor(s). Doesn't have to be all the time, just go out and do rounds.

I hired a magician and we're working on "horror-fying" some of the acts he has and tricks.

One of my favorite haunts locally has a large screen they use to project old black and white horror films for entertainment (as well as line actors)

A good reason to have a few of your better actors working the lines is that they are your "eyes and ears" for potential trouble makers. They overhear conversations, then let us know what's going on. Actor comes to me and says " guy in blue hat says anyone touches him he's going to deck them." Now I quietely come up to the guy before he's going to enter and ask him, " Are we going to have a problem in here.?,
I can't have my actors punched for doing their job" Depending on how they respond depends on if I let them go in with their group, escort them out, or let them know that they will be tailed. Being proactive like this has stopped a LOT of potential issues.

Excellent point, bub. Very good. We have our own security that run the lines, but yes, having your actors instead of "security" around helps people to relax and be themselves.. THAT'S when they open their mouth.

We have installed animations that are set off but buttons to scare people. Our staff presses the buttons it works. We have also installed displays for deadly snakes, spiders, and things of this nature. Your que line is also a great place to say do a preshow like a CGI Preshow or a talking animation. I would also suggest you mix in a preshow that also tells people the rules or gives them warning signs things of this nature.

Outside in your que line clearly you can do music, sliders, and this year we bought a 40 feet movie screen we'll be showing horror movies.
