Who is up for the chalange to help pioneer a new haunted house

I live near Lewiston Maine, and the last halfway decent haunted house just closed due to a accident this past year .... I want to try to start something new in this area of the US .... Its come to my attention that over half the people I have met during the 6 years I have lived up here do not know what a haunted attraction looks like ... and I would like to change this... Im looking for anybody and everybody that would be interested in building and establishing something in new fresh ground
