Frightmares at Buck Hill

Just wondering what came about this haunt, I know they suffered a fire a few years ago and ended up being sold and moved to Texas. I also remember hearing that this haunt was created and built by Leonard Pickells (spellings) group. Never had a chance to visit, just wanted to hear what happened.
