I would like to give alot of Credit to hi Rez Designs for exceptional customer satisfaction. We purchased 4 digital trigger media players. When we opened our haunt we had signal issues with the HDMI connection and had to restart the unit everytime it lost signal. I immediately emailed Nic for Hi-Rez and he responded ASAP regarding not leaving us hanging and swapping the units which he shipped out ASAP. He also had us try an alternative with different cables to allow us to make it through the weekend and narrow down the issue. I would like to say Nic stayed on top of this issue and provided extraordinary customer service. Great company great products I highly recommend Hi rez Designs.
