"WE MANUFACTURE NIGHTMARES"
We have decided to finally jump into the Haunt Vendor category full time and we have been working hard to design and build unique and innovative products for this industry. Rather than sell items that so many other vendors already offer, my team and I are trying to offer our own unique line. While operating our own haunt over the past few years we have built and sold to a select few haunters, both original products, prototype products and some old stand by's that we either redesigned or put our own unique spin on. We know how important communication and service is in this industry and we will always strive to deliver. With 30+ years as a general contractor/welder/metal fabricator, I know this industry demands quality, well built props that can withstand the abuse we subject them to. To keep the quality at the highest level, all of our products are designed and built in our own fabrication shop along with our own in house fiberglass/mold maker, electrician and painter. Our products are made nearly 100% in house...rather rare these days! Rather than offering a slew of re-hashed products we are truly trying to offer a handful of really cool effects for our industry that we hope to unveil at TRANSWORLD this year. So much going on and to wrap up by the end of the year but we should have our website switched over to more of a vendor style site by the end of the year but it will remain with the same URL - www.thefearfactorynj.com We also hope to have our catalog completed and ready for TRANSWORLD as well. With our extensive combined experience in these fields we will also offer haunt consulting, designing, construction, International building & fire code interpretation, prototype designs and fabrication. * FF "SCREAM SAW"
The most complete, most realistic, best built 12 volt saw ever built for the industry...bar none! (pun intended) An absolute MUST have for any indoor haunt...and quite frankly should replace any real saw at outdoor venues...especially if your tired of the saws not starting, mixing gas/oil, broken pull cords, smashed fingers or potential liabilities. Built from our own molds, the case is fashioned after a vintage Homelite saw and made from super lightweight heavy duty fiberglass and aluminum handle. At about 9lbs. & nearly 129 decibels the SCREAM SAW is the lightest & loudest saw in the industry. Our SCREAM SAW features a powerful amp with a large 6" Kicker speaker and custom built circuit board with actual chainsaw recordings (not digital sound effect recordings) with both idle and wide open sounds with a pull of the trigger. The saw comes with a giant 4" x 24" aluminum bar that is pre-wired to a lug if you choose to use it as a spark tool. Offered in 4 vintage colors (red, blue, yellow & orange) with airbrushed highlights and some blood & gore details. An actor worn battery belt with a small sealed battery (operates the saw for about 4-6 hours, depending on use, with a full charge) and a pre-wired battery tender/charger are also included. All connections are made via our pre-wired, quarter turn "SPEAKON" connections! We will soon be offering a rigid/foam type bar at no additional cost!

A great effect especially used as an exit scare! This rig allows an actor to run across the wall on a nearly 45 degree angle parallel to the floor chasing your victims. Especially effective with an actor worn Fright Lite. * FF "FLYING ACTOR RIG"
A must have effect in any haunt! This rig allows your actors to seemingly appear to be flying in the air only to retract & vanish into thin air! Another effect greatly enhanced with an actor worn Fright Lite. Nearly any actor (up to #220lbs) can master this effect with about 15 minutes of practice. This heavy duty, well fabricated rig is of all steel construction. Sets up in about 30 minutes and breaks down for shipping and storage. Fully and easily adjustable for various actors heights/weights. Complete rig set up requires about a 6' x 6' corner and about 13' height clearance and about 8' landing clearance in front of the rig. Our rig can be bolted to the floor or use a 55 gallon drum with sand or water as counterweight. Complete rig, hardware, adjustable tethers, tether covers, adjustable harness & instructions.

Nothing worst than a plastic cemetery entrance to kill the realistic set your trying to achieve. Our entrance system is all welded steel (except for our pointy finials...for obvious reasons). Left un-painted (recommended) these authentic pieces rust up beautifully. 12"x 12" x 60" ornate pillars (2) accept our custom made cemetery arch that bolts directly to the pillars. Plasma cut cemetery letters adorn the 5' wide arch. The double gates swing from the pillars. Just add some cemetery fencing (which is available at an additional cost in various heights & widths on request)...or use your own, pop down some tombstones and your victims will know this is the real deal!
