Hey gang have any of you ever put up a steel building? Can anyone recommend a good company fairly priced?
Thank you in advance.

Whatever you do, stay away from SteelMaster buildings (
http://www.steelmasterusa.com/
)
I lost $3500 to them because I gave them a down-payment on a "limited time, buy it now or lose out sale" before my HOA approved the building.
When my HOA disapproved the building, SteelMaster would not work with me at all. Wouldn't even refund a fraction of my money.
They are very shady and are not to be trusted.

Sorry to hear that Abunai that really sucks. Ill be sure to avoid them. If you don't mind me asking, what size and cost was the building you planned to get before they screwed you?
Thanks,
Jake

Sorry it took so long to reply.
Busy working my day job.
The building was 1,500 square feet and $12,000. But, I'd be erecting it myself.
I eventually put in a pole barn. Same size but with a concrete floor, built by a contractor. $18,000.

That included the concrete floor in that $18k?
Thanks,

Yes, but I got a really good deal. My neighbor is a concrete contractor. I got it at his cost.
