Hello Fellow Haunters. I do have a question for you all. I am putting together my Business plan for my new haunt that will be open in 2008. I was wondering how many of you lease out a Warehouse or Building for your Haunt? And how did you figure it into your Business Plan?
The Delema I am having is my haunt will open next year. There are so many places that are so good for my haunt that I just cannot see it being there next year. Any ideas or help on this would be nice.
