Need some audio help

When it comes to answers you guys are THE place.
As you all know I gave up haunting to chase real ghosts. Well I have some AWESOME results. I am making up some pretty cool presentations but they need a slick punch. I am wanting to add musical tracks to open and close them out. But there is that damn copyright infringement and pay for use hanging over me.

So what I want to ask is.....

Is there any creepy, gothy, music out there that is public domain or the artist will not mind use if credit is given of title, artist, album and label?

I do not make ANY money at this since we do not charge to investigate a location. All this would be for is presentation to client AND if permission is given by them, post to myspace and website once it is up and running...
