Sinister Scents orders?

For those of you who have ordered from Sinister Scents before--
What is the ordering process? I clicked on the suggested link which opened up an email and then sent my order to them.

Was I suppose to give them my credit card number or phone number? Their deadline is in a week and although my order is small, I don't want it to get lost in the shuffle.

If you trust us......or the email system go ahead and place the credit card # in the email with your order. We will charge the card when it ships.
OR place your order and leave your phone # we can call you for the credit card #.

We all work regular jobs and deal with this stuff in the afternoon.
Sorry if it takes a little bit to get stuff done.

Ken,

You really don't want your customers to be placing credit card information into an email. The problem isn't you, its all the places their email travels between you and them. If something happens you look bad and you didn't do anything. On top of that the credit card company may come back on you as the online store owner. Not trying to be critical, just slipping into my "day job" brain.......

I got so wrapped and tied up with stuff here that I completely forgot to call Ken. Will be calling sometime today.

day one: e-mailed company
day two: nothing
day three: received e-mail back requesting info
day four: sent info
day five: received confirmation e-mail
day six: received my sinister scents!

Outstanding company, great product!!!
