Lets see...What is considered an animatronic. That is something that is animated without the help of someone. It runs on either electricity, air, water, magnetics, the power of God, or any combination of those.

Let me see....We have the bat thing, skeleton guy, skeleton pirate, 2x ghost things, the witch that stirs her bubbling cauldron, the dude that shakes, the mirror thingy, 2x crawling zombies, 2x head rippers, 2x chest rippers, and a couple other contraptions. So that technically makes about sixteen animations.

So my answer would be three.

I know Netherworld has more than 80.

1- the Dancing lizard
2- Dancing giant spider
3 -Slamming woodburner door
4- playing piano
5-moving curtain
6 moving entrance curtain things...
7-moving furniture
8"Flying" flying buttress
9-squauking sink
10-mix-master
11-wall-rat
12 Microwaved Hampster
13 automatic medieval door
14 reaching man
15 pop-up satanic mechanic
16 crawling crawlspace
17 falling sensation flooring

Many of these are worked via small steel cable routed via pvc pipe (use lots of grease)
Some use air, some use electricity only.
One of them was not made by me, it was a gift.
Little , subtle things moving attract people's attention and sometime scare them more because they aren't quite sure if it really happened or not..or did they just imagine it?
When an item is huge and obviously moved or meanaced you there is not doubt involved, that fearfull portion of thre brain never gets activated.

Why three?

Cause I don't really consider them to be animatronic. So they do something, big whoop-dee-doo. Most animatronics you see out there for sale cost thousands of dollars. Most of mine cost a hundred dollars or less, yet they are still fully automated.

..so obviously the air distribution went from the lower bowel to the anus probably making a wet,flappy noise as it said "Hi!"
(Then all 120 animatronics stood up and ran away saying , "It wasn't me!")
