Little Spider, Artistek, Gag studios, are about the cheapest I can think of that still makes nice things.

Upon helping with his haunted house this past season, I got to see some of his outstanding animated foam pieces including a full scale dragon that did some outstanding movements, a huge gorilla, an underwater fish scene and numerous other hand made, quality sculpted props.

Excuse the plug, but the direction has changed a little for Little Spider in a very cool way. Many folks may not be aware of his awesome new stuff he is doing.
