Why not have an auction company come in and auction stuff off for you? This might draw more interest.

I have attended Haunt Auctions and all they do is cost more money for haunters wanting to buy items. The auction people end of raisining the bidding through fakes in the crowd and so haunt owners get caught upo in bidding and end up spending more money. I don't like to see auctions this way as I like to keep it clean.

Everyone we have sold to, feels go with us as we promised and delivered as we said we would. The haunt industry does have some people in it that give it a bad name and that's why we only sale with cash because otherwise we could get ripped off. It's sad but a few have run it for a lot and I hate auctions because a lot of it is fake and although you get more money from it, i don't beleive that's why anyone does this (it's about the passion). Saying all that does not mean we are running a charity and will be donating items but we get a fair shake for what we have invested and walk away and the new owner gets a good amount fo stuff at a fair price. It's a win-win situation.

Hey after several request we are burning a CD of the haunted house pictures. It takes too long when we send them to people via email and I nevered figured out how to post them on this thing.

For serious buyers who have the cash to buy and want a picture CD - email us your address and we will mail it to you. For those that live 2 hours away I would just recommend driving on out to see the entire show as we all know photos are hard to show everything and this way you get to see everything - the stuff that was left all the list. We have animatronics parts/etc but I dn't have a clue what a lot of it is. Other then trip pads so come check us out. Email me and we can set up a time to show you everything.

If we don't ahve this moved by December we will most likely do the auction thing which means increase rates since the company has to have a fee for handling. So if you want to buy the haunted house and 3 semi trailers then contact me so we can talk!
