Ghost in Romania?

A friend of mine, his friend sent him a pic, stating that he caught a ghost! Believe it or not... he lives on the second floor!





Ok, tell me if you can see a ghost? Can you recognize it?

It never lies.
It also says it on the underside , yes it's washable, reversable and drip-dry.
And never wrong.

Well, I am certain you can see a distinct face and upper body in the window. It appears to be outside looking in.

It looks like an accidental "Pepper's Ghost Illusion" . See the window glass how it is tipped?
This makes a plain glass reflect like a mirror, the person in that reflection is probably standing next to the camera that took this picture,
Enough said.
