I need a GIANT snake head!

I need one big old GIANT snake head. I want something like 3 feet wide and 4 feet long -- and hopefully with a few feet of body behind it. I am working on a scare that has this snake head quickly shooting out of a hole. Any ideas for vendors or other sources?

Yeah I would try and contact Unit 70 or Gore Galore. Gore Galore might be making a custom prop for us this year. We sent them a hand drawn sketch and they said they will get back to us on a price soon.
