I got this idea this morning when I got my bill from the power company for the electricity my garage had used. The actual electricity itself was less than a dollar, but then on the bill it said, "Facility charge"= $8.00.
Ravens Grin Tours, 90 minutes long, only 50 cents! Plus an $11.50 facility charge.
