If there are any local companies in your area that make vinyl covers, seating, RV accessories, they always have tons of scrap vinyl, usually flame retardant. I was able to make all my walls out of this material. 5 2x4's and a sheet of vinyl and I had a 8 foot long, 6.5 foot high wall section.
