Looked at tent in Richmond. It has some patches, other than that it is in great shape. It is actually a 40x80, 4 piece Anchor tent top with aluminum center poles. Price with new side poles, new ratchet tiedowns and new 42" professional stakes is $2,500. I have more center sections so it could even be 40x100, 40x120, etc. Price of this tent new is $10,000+ (wholesale, not including freight). This is a great deal.
Also, the 30x50 pole tent is sold.
