Well, looks like Favreau finally signed to do Iron Man 2. I didn't hear whether or not Marvel agreed to push the movie back or not. I think that is what was keeping him from agreeing to it early on, an unrealistic timeline. I think Marvel is in a big hurry to get these movies made while they own the rights so they can do Avengers.
On another note I heard a rumor that the Superman sequel is being offered to directors other then crappy Bryan Singer. The guy I heard was the guy that just directed Incredible Hulk.
