Have a single 45' converted semi-trailer for sale (in Portland, OR). Excellent condition. Hook up and tow it away.
Trailer (Exterior):
(1) It has entry door, exit door, fire proofing on interior wall trailer walls, interior separation walls, 6- 115v outlets at ceiling height
(2) Four exterior 115v outlet boxes
(3) Hooks up to two (2) standard 120 v 20 amp designated circuits and interlink smoke detector.
(4) Has skirt (as shown) and riser set (as shown)
(5) Exterior paint is incomplete but new & presentable. Needs detail air brush work as to finalize theme. Comes as shown.
(6) Has steps for entry & egress.
(7) Passed Fire Inspection in various locations.
(8) Currently licensed Titled and road ready.

Trailer (Interior):
First, 10' section is completely painted & detailed in an industrial steel & stone look (not shown). Has imbedded video monitors which can be used as an elevator room or presentation of house rules etc. (We used it as an elevator to bring patrons into the black light 3-D section)
Remaining 35' has some 3-D art, which was used as a 3-D clown house last year. Can be easily repainted or looks good as is.
Additional equipment: complete audio narration, video systems with disks included.
