How can I do this??? Ideas???

I found a bunch of old mirrors and picture frames to use in one of the rooms this year. I want to make them look very dusty. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this.....other than letting them sit and collect dust?

Do you want them to look permantly dusty? so it cannot be wipped off? If so a can of gray spray paint at a few feet distance and allow the paint to mist on will cause an effect like that...

I found that out by accident, spray painting some props on my porch as I had some mirrors on the other side sitting there... the wind blew some paint onto them and they looked dusty.
