You may be better off seeing if you can find an old pair of cowboy boots from a thrift shop or salvation army store. If you can find a large enough pair you could make the shoe covers yourself.

I'm looking to round out one of our costumes for the upcoming year. I'm looking for cowboy boot shoe covers. Anyone know where to find these decently priced?
