Our online tickets went live today at 6pm and can you belive it, we sold some tickets and it's August 8th!
Of course I blasted 25,000 friends on MySpace a bulletin with a 50% discount code for General Admission if they order this weekend. But nevertheless, it's freaking August and we are selling tickets. Some of the sales were for our Reservation Timed Ticket that is full price, so it's not the discount that made the sale. Interesting information to see this so early in the season.
I'm going to keep running specials that are timed promotions and see what gets the most response.
