I saw the original Salem post, but everyone was who replied was focusing on Haunted Houses in Salem during October, which doesn't help me.
I’m going to be visiting Salem, but not in October… in early September. With that being said, I’m more concerned with the history of the region and not Haunted Houses.
I am interested in the witch trials and things like that. I'm reserving October for haunted houses in my own state (Illinois). Which tourist attractions should I see and which should I avoid, while visiting Salem in September???
