Dreamweaver Question

Any of you haunters savvy with Dreamweaver?

On my event website I have a "Legend" page where visitors can click on items and see various documents and things revealing the history of the event. I designed the background image and created hotspots in about 20-21 areas. Each hotspot has been given a behavior of opening a new window to reveal the document. Easy enough.

Visitors have asked that the arrow cursor turn into a little hand when it moves over something that can be clicked. So far, assigning a behavior doesn't seem to do that.

Any way of creating pop-up windows in Dreamweaver that allows the cursor to reveal where the hotspots are?

I used dreamweaver to create my site and all I did was follow online tutorials.

Last year I scratched built this was much easier
