The midwest, Illinois. Large Temperature drop, tornados, rain, maybe 6 inches of snow for us in Mount Carroll, Ill.?
I put a message on the answering machine telling people to STAY HOME tonight!
It isn't worth possibly wrecking your car to see the place, since I'm open almost every night of the year.
......but I have had car loads of people show up in the middle of an ice storm, they couldn't walk from their car to the front door here with out falling, but they just drove 45 miles!??

We were supposed to get ice w/1-3 inches of snow on top. We got the ice but the snow didn't materialize. Maybe tonight.

Jim - how did you fare last night?

It just rained alot, then began to freeze on the roads but the ground warmth is still there so it wasn't alot of ice on anything...yet.
