The pumpkin haters society is in full force this morning
I fear. After the home football game there were several
smited pumpkins on the main drag through town.
Poor little pumpkins....it's truly sad...all they wanted to do
was glow warmly and spread some Halloween joy...
I always try and put my pumpkins somewhere where a kid will kill them off Halloween night. I see that as the ultimate fulfilment of a pumpkins Halloween life. To live, be picked in a patch, carved, and destroyed in Halloween mischief before midnight.
