We treat our walls and any other materials with Inspecta-shield form NY Fire Shield Co. It is the best flame retardant for the price. It has multiple uses.

Same here, always use inspecta-shield. Usually 10-15 gallons a season to treat 1200 wall panels after everything is up.

Other than the obvious safety factor for your event and guests does this help with your local Fire Marshall and inspection? Do you show the the Inspecta-shield product information and inform them that this was one of the steps you took to reduce the risk at your event. You know, something along with the extinguisher refill sheet, your floor plan, and whatever. Does it help?

Do you spray it on after the panels are painted...does it soak in?
