Howdy Haunters:

We had a great seaosn this year but our biggest complaint was the wait in line. Do any of you use Fast Pass-style ticketing options? The kind that assign the customer a window of time to enter?

We've considered the idea of beefing up our concessions / movie area and giving people a chance to hang out and make a night of it, then enter the attraction during their "window" to reduce waiting in a long line.

Anyone do this? If so, any suggestions for software / hardware to do this kind of ticketing?
