Haunted house walls?????

I have a question about how to secure plastic sheeting to a 10'x20' car port type tent(we have 2 of these).
We go to a campground for the weekend,and need to put it up fast and take it down fast,also needing to keep the plastic sheeting for halloween and the next year or years hauntings!!
Going camping your on limited space, so i cant build walls and take them.
Has anyone put up and taken down a lot of plastic sheeting while being able to use it multiple times????
Cable ties or zip ties would cost alot ,tape might be cost effective but will it hold long enough,what if it rains?
There are about 8 guys that will help out in putting this together.

How about looping the plastic over the steel pipe frame then using those black plastic spring-loaded clamps, many of them, of course.
I have had good luck with these as the October winds blow pretty hard here in northern Illinois and this structure is outside my front door sheltering the crowds of visitors not yet inside the house.
Don't forget your step ladder.
