Does anyone here use the ClearCut Operations ticketing system?

If any haunters here use/used the ClearCut Operations programming this year, could you please give some insight on the product: ease of use, worth the money, make ticketing easier, pro's/con's, etc... Any and all info would be useful, we are looking into this system for our multi-attraction complex in 2009. THANKS!
